Raw Food Weight Loss – Can you lose weight on a raw food diet?

If you've been hearing a lot more about raw food diets and weight loss raw foods, in particular, you may wonder if you really can lose weight on a diet of raw foods.

Firstly what is a raw food diet. Unlike other diets out there and totally different weight loss diet is a diet consisting primarily of raw foods. Live food as some people call them. A raw food diet may be what you want, provided that incorporates many or all raw foods. What do I mean by far? Well technically that means usually 75% raw foods and 80%. The 100% is good for the goal, but many find that they can give up some comfort foods.

Raw foods are fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds that are not cooked, canned, refined or processed in any way. They are in their natural form. They can be fresh from the tree or in the garden or purchased at your local whole foods grocery store or regular health.

The beauty of raw food is that they are healthy! Many diets are unhealthy and loaded with fatty foods. Some even say it is okay to eat. There are dozens of new diet programs coming onto the market all the time. To sell diet books or perhaps diet plans or various diet programs. But the truth is that you can make your own raw diet only to decide that you are eating mostly raw foods.

The important thing to remember is that what you choose to eat much. If you are going to eat lots of fruit – which is not just a banana and apple a day. Want to eat many different fruits and nuts, especially for the benefit of all different phytonutrients and antioxidants, vitamins and minerals they contain. You'll feel full of energy and health problems disappeared along with a notice rapid weight loss.

You want to eat huge salads. I eat a giant salad every night for dinner and have a small salad at lunch and plenty of fruits and freshly extracted juice all day. And you have to give up a special meal or two if you must have. If you are eating mainly raw foods can have something that is important for you now and then.

I enjoy 100% raw foods and expect myself to eat it. I have no desire for food that are not alive. Cooked foods are dead foods and have no desire for them. I was cured of breast cancer, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, chronic sinus problems, headaches and many other health problems almost overnight! It is a natural detox diet – no need to ever clean!

A raw food diet can significantly benefit their health and reward with the healthiest type of weight loss. A weight loss raw food is the best diet plan. And if you continue eating that way for life you'll enjoy superior health!
