Teen Top 6 Tips for Fast Weight Loss

There are so many of their diets today, along with a ton of shit training equipment that can be a drag to find out the truth from lies when it comes to diet and exercise.

Let me start by saying a little about myself. I am a student of 20 years of college he started working when he was 15, but not start taking it seriously until he was 16 years old. Drink more water, the goal of 7 to 10 glasses a day. You should invest in a water bottle and take it with you everywhere. Drinking more water is needed to maintain water levels in check and will be less swollen.

Also by drinking more water also stay full longer. That should help reduce food cavings

3. DO NOT drink alcohol or smoke snuff.

Now I know what your thinking, "I do not drink I'm not big enough" blah. I am 20 years and I know that teenagers drink.

But if you're really looking to lose weight and build muscle you need to reduce if not stop drinking altogether.
You see alcohol is as a fuel, your body has to burn, such as a carbohydrate or a gram of fat.

Alcohol and snuff also lower testosterone which is the worst thing you can do to lose weight as a man.

2. GET gym.

This is a little obvious, go to a gym and start working out. Otherwise your daily exercise and have a work plan and its going to be very difficult if the fat.

If your to young to get a gym membership, check with your High School and see if you can join their school gym.
