I know it&#39;s true, because I lost weight faster than a decade ago when I started eating raw food. I started with a raw food diet immediately after reaching a diagnosis of breast cancer. I was not overweight, but I wanted to lose ten pounds. </p>
<p> The ten book disappeared so fast that really scared me. But I found that much eating fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds that could easily keep losing and maintaining a good weight for me &#8211; all my ailments such as breast cancer, fibromyalgia, arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome was &#8211; digestive problems and acid reflux and many others disappeared. It was a miracle to say the least and after ten years I am still in perfect health weight 106 pounds. </p>
<p> I know many others who have lost weight by eating raw foods. And they have the additional benefits of vibrant health. They are vibrant, healthy, shiny and full of energy. Raw foods give you tons of energy and for me &#8211; I only need five hours of sleep per night. That gives me many more hours of use every day. </p>
